PBP running shipping Manjaro won't wake from suspend

When I suspend my PBP, the device won't wake up.

I get only a black screen with a cursor - it never progresses beyond that. Any ideas?

I'm running the default Manjaru image if that helps.

Okay - apparently if you hold down the power button it fixes the issue.

I've had the same issue and pushing the power button only turns off the machine.... 
Anyone with any other suggestions?
