Hi peterz, in italy is the same.

The person told me for computer components which are NOT COMPLETE AND WORKING APPLIANCE (for example notebook with OS installed is considered as working appliance) there is NO DUTY FEE. The same person gave me also category number where it might be assigned 84733020 or 84733080.

Thanks for the very usefull information.

I have received my tracking number too. It's china post.
I'll update you in case of duties in future

Hi there, I'm in Italy and I have just received the board. It took exactly 20 days to deliver via China Post. No custom fees for me.

Sorry for the late update. Forgot about this thread. When I recieved thePine (with chinapost) it was marked $5 electronics and $5 shipping. This is way within the Norwegian limit regarding taxes

Have you received your PINE already? I found an article in newspaper that from 1st of May 2016 will be in place new changes in EU (Union Customs Code).
According my colleague it seems that even if you are buying something for yourself (not the company which want resell products) and amount of shipment is over 150EUR you will need provide some extra documents (perhaps some certificates that products are not copies/fakes of some other vendors) to customs people.
In my case I purchased components in amount around 220USD (around 200EUR) what clearly exceeds 150EUR limit.

No, peterz. No PINE yet. According to my tracking number it is now in "Export customs cleared" phase

My tracking number is in the same phase from 22-4.

It is normal? It is the same for you?

Today it's exactly 2months since I was charged for addon components.
Earlier today I sent mail to shipping@pine64.com and asked for update. My status is still "Ready to ship". I haven't received any reply yet. It might take few days.
My shipment might be already sent and I just haven't received tracking number (several people reported the same scenario on this forum already).

When I order from China on ebay something I receive in 7days. Some shipments even more than 1 month.

I have received my board yesterday.
It takes from 22-4 to 10-5 to arrive in Europe (very long time!!!).

No duties/fees.
No package problem.
All working great.

@peterz:
I don't know what could be. You can only wait replies from support.

But the same person also told me that person who will process this shipment might assign different category and therefore there might be some DUTY on the end.

If there will be need to pay duty (and/or VAT) the shipment should be taken to "duty quarantine" and duty office will contact me.

I have ordered several extra modules (some of them are not yet assembled) and therefore I can write here sometime in May (hope I will receive shipment by then) how was the true story with customs in my case.

Hi Peterz,

do you know it these limits are defined for the price of the goods in the package, or for the total price on the invoice? Because the total includes also the shipping cost. If I'm ordering a $15 board with $12 shipping cost, should I check $15 or $27 if fits into the 22EUR limit?

Thank you!
