PinePhone - no shipment email - ordered Jan 7 - anyone else?

During Jan 18 when shipping team, including me, wrap up the PinePhone shipment, we discovered there is about 80 units that lacking shipping label. Based on the quantity, shipping team believes that there is one batch (about 80 units) that logistic didn't provide the shipping label info. However, the logistic team already left work for the Chinese New Year, we don't know which batch (within certain date range, not certain country) got affected and can only know when logistic and shipping team back from Chinese New Year (has been extended due to Coronavirus crisis). Based on recent response, I believes the affected batch is the last batch (from January 5 order till sold out). Please noted that this is a not random miss shipment scenario. Once back from the Chinese New New Year/Chronavirus Crisis period and Hong Kong open back the broader, shipping team will immediately ship out this missed batch.

No problem - thanks for being honest with us. I believe my phone is in that batch.

Hello developers of pinephone. I tried to reach you on support with no success, same with twitter and Discord so I decided to write here. My phone suppose to came week ago but it did not. I have information that it was "2020-01-22 17:01 SINGAPORE Y ETOE CHA, Package sent" and thats it. Can you give me some information when I will receive it?

I ordered 15.11. which was the first day when PinePhone appeared to the webshop.
I have not received any email after that. I thought I would possibly be in the first batch but maybe I am in that missing label batch.

So just to update anyone who hasn't received anything from Pine since they purchased. I got this from support:

"Please to inform you that the PinePhone ordered at January 2020, is estimate to be dispatch at around mid/end of February.
Also, we will provide the tracking number once available."

So the 'estimate' for dispatch is mid/end(so end basically) of Feb. So delivery in mid-March then.

I'd be lying if I said I wasn't really sad - multiple times I read that the BH batch was gonna be shipped pre CNY. And now it hasn't been, with sometime in March likely.

I'm not going to ask for a refund - I still love the idea of this project, and think what Pine are doing is very exciting, but this set-back has been disappointing to say the least. A promise was made that the BH batch was being shipped pre-CNY, and it hasn't been.

The BraveHeart batch just released on January 17and I don't think your phone suppose to come a week ago. Just be patient, if still no news after February 10 (when shipping team allows back to office), then contact sales at sales@pine64.org.
