Compile Gstreamer on ROCK64

Don't know but is it because it needs https://github.com/rockchip-linux/mpp

Also via there docker image https://github.com/rockchip-linux/docker-rockchip
But -aarmhf should be switched to Arm64

I think the Ayufan scripts just make it easier to call the standard Rockchip make but prob good to reference.

Nope but there is a docker build environment already setup
