Which Android is stable with LCD?

OK, so which Android version(s) is stable with LCD and USB OTG support?
There seems to be a lot of different versions - ayufan v5, v6, v7 with different builds. official wiki android v7 links to ayufan, but android v6 on official wiki links to v6.

I use Android 5.1 with the LCD and it's decently stable. Not sure what you mean by USB OTG though, plugging an OTG cable into the microUSB port will most likely kill the board. You should have 2 USB slots ready to go already.
