could you share with us the project/model used for the laser cut machine??

The measurements place are taken from the wiki.  Pine A64 Rev B PCB dimension
all you have to add the the height for each connector,

I have taken measures height connectors that I have at home on other devices, like  router , Laptop or Raspberry Pi, tv screens ,etc....

 as they are standard components ..

They fit well on the actual board..

One of the changes I am making is on my acrylic enclosure design is:

I'm adding a Button cell 3V Battery Holder CR2032 for RTC ..

I've already ordered the Mini Micro JST 2.0 PH 2-Pin Connector Plug with Cables Wires..

The lipo battery  one option is 1200mAh 3.7V Li-Poly Battery with JST-PH cable

but I have to investigate further.

Right now we have ready at Amazon USA warehouse,  a wooden version (without RTC kit)

Ahora en Amazon España hay solo cajas de madera, (bueno realmente estan en Alemania , Francia e Reino unido ) 
pronto cuando reciba los conectores PH2 para terminar el porta pilas de boton del reloj RTC , entonces enviare las cajas acrilicas para AMAZON. 

No te preocupes ya te mandaré un mensaje cuando las tenga listas...

Le he dejado una abertura pero al no ver que tipo de switches se usaran no está totalmente exacta...
