there is a contradiction:

we will be charged the wifi module by April when closes the lockdown date

but they also say to ship by february, so when will we receive everything?

This issue regarding the meaning of the lockdown date in relation to pledges expected to ship before this date (in February or March) has come up a few times now. Hopefully it can be addressed soon.

This is confusing. The one interesting point is that they clearly notate which items when added to the order will delay shipping to April. I have none of those in my order and my Pine 64+ indicates a March ship date. It is highly confusing that they are stating a mid-April lockdown date which implies that it will ship around that time.

I agree that this needs to be clarified.

Exactly.  That is what makes no sense.  I wonder whether everyone shows that lockdown date and whether it might be an error.  I am hopeful that it is incorrect....

Good question.  It is hopefully not backer number because if you go in and change your order, the backer number increases.  Hence the backer number metric penalizes people who later upgrade (or downgrade) their order.

I think the April lockdown date is the absolute latest date for backers to change information. There is a pledge tier that doesn't ship until May 2016 ($89 tier). 15th of April would be the last possible chance for those backers to adjust their pledge. It would make more sense to have several 'lockdowns' but perhaps Backerkit does not allow for such things.
