Can't get past the "Allwinner/Android" screen
#1
HI all,

I've read probably have or more of the thread and didnt see this issue unless I miss that thread.
I watched the install video and also checked that my sd card has no error.

My issue is that I'm was able to load one of the new android img onto my sd card.  before it would do the "dos" text type error message on the screen.  With the new img I would get the card to "boot" to a screen Allwinner and Android logo screen and get stuck there.  I let it have enough time to unpack in case the first boot took awhile but after 4+ hours (went to sleep) its still there on that screen.

Pine64+ with 2 gbram- only has the sd card, power supply from pine64, and a direct hdmi connected to the TV.  I also trade this with the img for the touch screen and got the same issue.

I have also tried to use RemixOS and Debian Mate but only got a black screen with these 2 OS.

Is the card DOA in that something works but bricked or something?

Thanks

Try a different microSD and find out.

Remember that different operating systems may require different burning methods.

Forgot I also tried 3 different microSD card and same result. Used the burning method that was required for each OS burn method and same issue.
