Screen seems ok but no display

Hello everybody!

I received my new PinePhone last week. It's running the Manjaro OS from factory and since a few days, I have no display. The screen seems to work, the phone is responding to ssh and I can connect an external screen, it's working okay but the phone's screen stays black-ish.
What can I do?

Please boot a different distribution from microSD card. If the issue persists there I suggest to open a ticket under https://support.pine64.org before the warranty period ends.

The display unit probably failed after dispatch, which can occasionally happen.
