Mounting / unmounting drives from the Index app (Plasma)

I opened an encrypted SD card using a USB card reader connected to the phone. It appeared in the Index app, which showed the "mount" button and then I could enter the passphrase. But now I don't know how to unmount & lock it. The Index app doesn't have the usual unmounting icon like Dolphin has. I had to unmount via the terminal.

Is there a direct way to unmount & lock a card via the Index app? Or in Settings, or somewhere else?

In Index "long touch" on the SD card and select "Remove".
At least it worked that way here with combo usbA/usbC "memory stick". Nonencrypted media used though...

Selecting "Remove" makes the entry disappear from the sidebar, but if I close Index and re-open it, the card appears again in the sidebar. Also, my card reader has an LED that shows "disconnected" when ejected from the computer, but this doesn't happen when selecting "Remove".

The only way I can trigger a real unmounting is via the terminal. So the "Remove" option is there, but doesn't seem to do much else apart from visually removing the entry. Maybe you're right, it does work for unencrypted media. Will try.

Just rechecked and yes, you seems to be right. The USB "stick" after "Remove" and at Index next start is still there and seems to be mounted. At least it does not ask permission to mount it as it happens after the first connection...
