The latest update of eg25-manager seems to cause frequent disconnections

Even though I already had a Github account, it took over a week for a Salsa Debian admin to enable the access I needed to post my bug report on the new Mobian site. I don't know why the new Salsa system didn't simply migrate the old bug reporting system participants to the new one.

I believe I have found the cause of my US-Mobile / Mobian update issue (no US-Mobile data) so I closed it.

It's working almost as reliably as before the faulty update but some other unrelated regressions occurred in the meantime.
