In my case, the PineBook team has encountered an "invalid ZIP code error" message when attempting to create the DHL shipping label. My shipping address was not a P.O. box but it was a civic address in rural Canada.
I have emailed the PineBook team three times (May 7, May 10, May 14, all to pinebook@pine64.org) to request a change of shipping address to an urban civic address, which should definitely work for DHL shipments because I have used it successfully in the past. So far, the PineBook team does not seem to acknowledge or understand my request to change the shipping address. Judging by the emails I have received, there is a language barrier.
Could @Luke or someone please advise on how to best resolve this problem of changing the shipping address?
