It works like a charm installed on an SD card!
However, I was unsuccessful so far in copying it over to the eMMC.
It starts booting and then complains that it's unable to load some rockchip driver I suppose.
(I didn't had my phone at hand those multiple times I tried, so no photos at this time)
Any others that were successful with booting Fedora from eMMC?
I now have the unofficial Debian installed which works fine enough and boots very quickly compared to default Manjaro.
Hello Tharadash,
I'm booting my Fedora from eMMC. Just "dd" the SD-Card to eMMC. And resize afterwards. Thats all.
I have to install "linux-firmware" to eliminate the errors about USB-C-Dockingstation.

Hi Andreas
I finally got Fedora running.
I had to screw open the PBP in order to flash it directly to eMMC.
Now, the only real issues I have are:
Headphone/speaker switching does not work --> sound both from speakers and headphones
dnf is throwing some "errors" that the kernel is out-of-date.
@wideawake, any updates on how you're getting along with the kernel?
Is there any hope that we're running a mainline kernel soontm?
Kind regards
Tharadash
maybe next week, when I have more time, I will try speakers and headphones. I had no trouble with dnf regarding kernel.
Also I can try to install a fedora kernel. As i know, kernel greater 5.6 supports the Pinebook Pro. And actual we have 5.8.
Greetings
Andreas
