Not quite, as we're currently more in a "rolling release" scheme. Upgrading using apt should be enough to get you there.
We're making small steps which doesn't justify a proper announcement, and there are still major bugs, so I'm holding back atm, but I hope we'll have a much improved release before the end of the month
