That is covered in the readme file I believe. You can remove "maxcpus=4" from "/etc/extlinux/extlinux.conf". That should add full power back.

I installed the Fedora Version to an SD card. I followed your directions which are thorough and well done, thank you
It runs alright. It is very slow to boot. Some applications run quite well, others like software center just appear to stall out.
