There are several, already working Debian options for the PBP, including Daniels excellent work at wrapping the native installer with PBP-aware scripting. With these as a base, why not use “Katoolin”? This will install all the Kali tools and references on a deb based installation of any OS.

I haven't yet installed myself, but I have new Debian Bullsye Gnome3 systems now, one aarch64 native and one with armhf userspace. Going to give it a try.
