Whoa! Wait a minute! They are charging you for part of the refund?? 

I placed an order for your case. 

The put the wrong item in a box and shipped it to me, probably sent my order to a wrong person too.

Now they want to penalize you?!?!? WTH

Exactly how it works AMAZON, they always win ..
Fortunately, these cases are not common and there are the many successful transactions..

Wow you are a lot more calm about that than I would be. that it totally wrong from any point of view. Jeff Bezos should be ashamed.  I could understand if the return was because the product didn't meat your claims, but this ways 100% Amazons fault. I wonder how many millions they make ripping off their sellers like this.

These are the "rules of the game AMAZON" and if you do not like, do not play ..

The important thing is that you like the enclosure and the to recommend to your friends !!
