Yes, you should be able to use the rk3399 flash tool and a USB A to USB C cable to flash the emmc. There are even images on the Software Release page for this.
I tried looling up the rk3399 flash tool and am confused of where to get it/how to use it. Is there a guide anywhere?
Can I just plug the usb c into the pbp port and the usb into my windows laptop? Or do i need to open up the pbp?
