The default OS / kernel had a wifi issue?

Anyone with fresh suggestions on how to fix this please let us all know.

I have not read much about the wifi issues. Perhaps that was discussed before?

I see wifi dying under high cpu load (which probably boils down to overheating).

Perhaps your laptop is always overheating for a reason TBD? What do your temp sensors read?

In idle it should be around 45C (at least on my machine)

When I stress the CPU with a parallel build, the temperature goes up to close to 70C and some time later, wifi shuts down.
