The default OS / kernel had a wifi issue?
#1
`lsb_release -a`

Distributor ID: Debian
Description: Debian GNU/Linux 9.11 (stretch)
Release: 9.11
Codename: stretch

`uname -a`

Linux Debian-Desktop 4.4.190 #1 SMP Tue Sep 3 20:36:12 EDT 2019 aarch64 GNU/Linux

My wlan0 device automatically goes down, I have to `ip link set wlan0 up`, and reconnect wifi, both 2.4G/5G wifi.

Should I use another kernel?
