@Omli hey, can you take a high res picture of the NVMe inside the case please. That shouldn't happen ... but at this early stage, I guess everything is possible. Thank you for pointing it out.

The SSD rises ca. 7.5mm above the plastik from the Case.

Write me if you need more pictures.

I testet the SSD holder alone without SSD and the brass holder mounted. 
The brass pice alone is to hight. The Brass pice is 0.5mm higher then the SSD.
I trie to filing the brass pice down and will try then again.

I shorted the brass pice down. Now is the whole metall bottom pressing against the SSD.
It dosen t press animore against the touchpad so hart but the problem is still not solved.
