I'm in the same boat as you. I should be getting one of the first 100 units. I submitted my request for a promo code on the website before it crashed, received my promo code via email a short while after. My order was placed as soon as I got the code on July 25th. So far I've only received the order receipt from the Pine store and the receipt from PayPal.
In a nutshell, you're not alone. We're all really excited to get our hands on these things. To my knowledge, the first batch of 100 haven't shipped yet. So if you're in a later batch, you might be waiting a while.
