First H6 boards have just reached developers so it might be a while before there is nice software support, there is USB on the mPCIE connector which is one of the requirements for cellular cards, but I don't think anyone has tried that yet. Since the H64 board currently does not provide a SIM card socket on the board you will need either cellular modems with integrated SIM card socket or an adapter to go in between...
