Try submitting a ticket on the support ticket system. I believe they have finally caught up with the backlog of requests, and are responding within 48 hours to most requests now. If you don't hear anything for say 4-5 days, trying sending TL Lim a PM to see what's going on. I can understand your frustration, as I'm still awaiting a pine64 2GB unit and ABS case, but they did get back to me and are sorting it out.
