Yeah, he is pretty busy at times, and travels a bit, so it can sometimes be a few days between messages, so if you haven't heard from him for a week, just flick him another PM as a timely reminder
We have properly setup the support ticket system, which is better way for shipment inquiry. As you mentioned, I am too busy and tends to drop some balls.
