Hello, this order has ben held by the customs in SHENZHEN since 2016-09-06.

Could you solve this with the carrier please? This order was made in August so i've waited a pretty long time already.

I had the same experience, but yesterday the courier suddenly showed up. Only after delivery the status in aftership changed from Leaving Shenzen to Delivered.

It doesn't solve the problem, but now you know what to expect. [WINKING FACE]

Hm.... Aftership says it made it out of customs.... and didn't get any further. TL Lim will probably chase this up for you (expect to see a message in the next day or two that he's following it up). Otherwise, I'd be emailing shipping@pine64.com and waiting for a reply, but it usually takes 1-2 weeks to get a reply from them (I just got a reply back after 8 days)... and TL Lim usually gets back to you a lot quicker Wink

Not to dampen the mood, but I'm still waiting for him to respond with additional information to my similar question.
First response was quick, but even he doesn't seem to get news from the shipper.

Yeah, he is pretty busy at times, and travels a bit, so it can sometimes be a few days between messages, so if you haven't heard from him for a week, just flick him another PM as a timely reminder Wink

We have properly setup the support ticket system, which is better way for shipment inquiry. As you mentioned, I am too busy and tends to drop some balls.
