Order #8165002 - Akke920 - 09-28-2016 Hello, this order has ben held by the customs in SHENZHEN since 2016-09-06. Could you solve this with the carrier please? This order was made in August so i've waited a pretty long time already. Thank you! Only after delivery the status in aftership changed from Leaving Shenzen to Delivered. It doesn't solve the problem, but now you know what to expect. TL Lim will probably chase this up for you (expect to see a message in the next day or two that he's following it up).
