I have the same error with my 32gb card and the 32gb image. But in my case, the Phoenix card says thas "no script file" and I can't do anything.
Do you mean a script not found error? That is due to trying to burn a dd-type image using PhoenixCard, which will not work.

"online update (OTA) only work when the build still not root."

So I might be missing something real simple here, but what is the upgrade process for a rooted image without having to start over with a clean image every time?
That I do not know, unfortunately. I assume that you do need to start over each time.
