I am trying to get my pine to start up, using only those components that shipped with it (1gb unit, lcd screen, 64 gb micro sd with android). I cabled lcd screen based on a guess, plugged in the pine (using the supplied power supply) and get.....nothing. The red led lights up, but no display.
Here's a pic of how I have it set up.

What have i done wrong?
LCD cable could be wrong way up, or the board could have shipped with the HDMI image of the OS. This has happened before, as I recall. The LCD touchscreen requires a different OS image to the HDMI version.
