Don't know why shipping the item from CN to Hong Kong need that long time

The shipment already deployed yesterday by SF, this due to China Post need to manually process (打单).

But I got charged by SF Express, for 30HKD.

May I know why i still need to pay the shipping fee?
I have paid the shipping fee at Kickstarter.

SF express should not charge you shipping fee and I will ask shipping facility to file this complain.
