Is the Linux mobile phone still developing?

The only one of those questions I can answer is that you can access the pinephone via ssh the same way you can with any Linux computer. You just have to enable sshd and configure any active firewall accordingly. I log into my Pinephone (running Mobian) from my desktop and laptop computers pretty regularly.
