SOLVED: New PineTab2 not booting properly. SECONDARY PROBLEM SOLVED: Not updating

So i got a USB-C to Ethernet adapter but I can't seem to update, i get an error.

but i went to that address on my laptop and it's clearly there.
any suggestions?
