Unless a new project came along that I am unaware of, the two options are Siglo and Amazfish unless you add waydroid.
I gave compiling AmazFish another try today with Mobian on the PinePhone Pro and submitted the additional dependencies to the upstream documentation [1]. I was able to compile, start the daemon, launch the harbour-amazfish-ui, setup my profile, pair with the Pinetime, and receive some notifications. The connection would break when going to sleep and would not reconnect automatically without manually adding the device again. Maybe I am missing something.

Siglo [2] can be compiled easily by following their build instructions [3]. I was able to pair, update my Infinitime from 1.9.0 to 1.10.0, and sync the clock. Not much else can be done with Siglo at this time. The upload rate is much slower than Gadgetbridge. It took me about six tries to flash.
