It's to disable the onscreen keyboard on startup (and change display scaling.) The name got changed, so unless you replace "kb151" with "pinephone-keyboard" it won't work. ...the keyboard will still work, but the onscreen keyboard will still pop up. I don't know if the first method of "automatic settings" still works.
Farther down on the accessories page is the section for the symbol and fn keys. The symbol keys (things like - _ +) on the number keys don't work unless you create/edit the file /etc/systemd/system/phosh.service.d/override.conf The symbol keys are working for me, but I don't know a quick way to test the Fn keys.
