Cannot boot from SD on Convergence 3 GB model

The recent thread you refer to is mine. The issue is still unresolved but we did notice that any SD card inserted in the slot tends to be slightly askew and support has asked me to send an image of the physical slot. Perhaps you can do the same. https://ibb.co/gZ7vGMx
