What nation you reckon isn't hostile these days? Let me know, I'll get packing... Pretty sure everyone everywhere needs at least one of these phones if not both.  Honestly though, if anyone knows a country where civil liberties aren't under attack, PLEASE inform the rest of us..... It would be a public service.

Hmmm. I'd rank all of those as pretty similar. Im really hoping to find a true outlier. Probably worth looking at Liechtenstein, Paraguay, Sao Tome e Precipe, Montenegro & some of the Caribbean countries. Still don't know enough about each but they look interesting enough to garner further research.
