Hi @Luke

I understand the post was updated today, with original non DHL shipments for pinephone looking to migrate to DHL... did the current CE batch who originally opted for DHL get processed already?

Just looking to see how the system is going and thank you for the transparency.

Ordered PBP UK ISO version on 4th June. DHL shipping. Wouldnt anyone know roughly an estimate for shipping?

You may be the most lucky person on the thread as the second half of the PBP batch has to be reprocessed before shipping on next week June 15-21. So, I guess your order still can catch that shipping window. Big Grin

I've ordered my PBP (also UK ISO) on 3rd of June, but i don't remember selecting DHL shipping. I think it was EMS China?
Does that mean mine could get shipped before June 15-21 as well?
not to be the zillionth person asking this, but I put through an order earlier today - would be great to know if it was in time to be shipped relatively soon. nbd if not, I just want to plan around it because my old computer recently went to silicon heaven

At this point we're working on giving you three options:
  1. Stick with your Asendia shipping and wait until it goes out
  2. Upgrade to DHL shipping via the PINE64 store. We're working on a system to upgrade your current shipping to DHL; it will be available later this week.
  3. Cancel your order by emailing sales@pine64.org
More information will follow tomorrow or on Wednesday. I will make sure to post the link to the DHL upgrade here as well as make people aware of it on social media. Once again, thank you on your patience as we're working towards finding the best possible solution to the current situation.

When you build that system to upgrade shipping to DHL, please please allow us to change our shipping address. I’m moving the end of this month and am likely not the only person who will need to change the shipping address due to the delay. Thank you for your diligence and effort Luke and team.

Guys, please be aware that people have been waiting for their devices to be shipped for over two months. Those devices will get priority, and even then some of them are still a week or two away from shipping. See the details/updates in the original post https://forum.pine64.org/showthread.php?tid=9942

DHL shipping seems to be the only company taking/delivering Pine devices at the moment, so I'd ask the support team for advice around whether it's worth upgrading to DHL shipping and pay the difference to get your devices shipped sooner rather than later. Again, I wouldn't expect them to be shipped in the near future, and those shipping conditions can change in short notice. You may just have to be patient and try to forget you made the order for a little while.

Sorry this isn't the answer you probably wanted! And it's only from what I've seen, not an official answer.
Hi Everyone, following along excitedly but had a question. I did choose DHL Shipping on my initial Pinephone  order on April 12 (order #128921). I received my shipping notice on 6/5 from Pine Store with a DHL tracking number. As of tonight 6/8 DHL tracking still says Tracking information received. Shipment not yet picked up by DHL. Could you let us know if all of the DHL orders were picked up on 6/5 and there is something wrong, or does DHL still need to pick up batches of phones? Thanks for the opportunity to get this phone!
