I figured I'd reach out to the pine sales support. So, hopefully that goes ok and 8m just waiting to hear the news.
I've had nothing short of great customer care from Pine sales! I mean it's not instant replies, but, that's to be expected. I've always received a response, even when I messed up and wanted to cancel my order!
I had sent an email about cancelling, a minute or two go by and I just wanted to smack myself thinking 'what did I do'. Immediately wrote back about disregarding my last email. And they were just super cool about it.
They've always replied is my point. I think we are in good hands!
P.S. I ordered an pinephone.
