I am still waiting (EU)... it is in my country since 4th this month, currently at customs and they are really a snail... mail.
I hope I will receive it this week but I think they can not be slower...

I track the Asendia last month shipment behavior to UK, this time shipment follows same trend and timing.

My Pine Phone arrived today yet the tracking hasn't been updated since January 30 and still says in transit. Not the most accurate but everything arrived in good shape so I'm not mad.

Thanks for all the replies.  I'm still waiting almost a month after shipping notification.  Interesting to hear that tracking information wasn't ever updated for others, so I guess I'll stop bothering checking mine

I'm in Ottawa and received it yesterday (Tuesday).  $0 duty paid.  Asenda still shows it as not delivered - in fact, the last update is from Jan 30, stating that it had arrived in Canada.

Yup.  I had to sign for it, so the Canada Post guy brought it to my door for me to sign.

I'm in Canada (Vancouver), last tracking update is "Genève 2 Letter Transit, Departed transit country" on Jan 30.

Just received a letter today from the Canadian Border Services Agency saying they "intercepted" my Pinephone (no more details provided), and are asking for invoices/receipts etc. and will otherwise return it to sender in 30 days.

I'm guessing this has to do with the "25$ gift" declaration people are talking about, but I can't confirm since there aren't any details in this letter.
