A couple days ago, my Android phone has completely stopped working. I want to order PinePhone but the beta edition doesn't ship to Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. There have been some issues in customs as the blog posts say.
I wanted to know when the Indian shipping would start? I really don't want to buy Androids anymore as I'm a staunch Free Software supporter.
I have bought Olimex boards in past and they have been shipped to me without issues with DHL. India-China relations had a few issues in past but currently, things are much better. If I know the specific issue, maybe I can put a word around the customs people to explain Free Software and how PinePhone is 1000x better than Androids for India.
I can wait for some time but not much!
