Probably - my tracking info looks very similar. 17track.net, asendia.com and royalmail.com each show 3 tracking events with matching timestamps, but royalmail thinks they're in Switzerland not Hong Kong for some reason. Given the expected 11-14 day delivery time to Europe I see no reason to worry yet.

I am in the same boat - no shipping notification yet. A friend of mine who ordered the same day didn't receive a notification either.

I ordered as soon as the shop was back online and the e-mail with my order receipt was from Fri, 15 Nov 2019 09:55:20 +0000.

same boat here, my shipping notice says that it was last accepted into Switzerland on the 20th, but no change since then. i was hoping to see a change this week..

It sounds like you are indeed in the same boat as me -- No Shipping advice at all. I am wondering if this indicates that our orders did not actually ship?   It sounds like most other comments on this board relate to cases where they DID receive a shipping advice, but it's not being updated etc.  In my case I don't have any indication that it shipped at all, and it seemed as if all orders were supposed to have shipped. (I am in Canada if that makes any difference)

I expect things are chaotic with the current coronavirus issues, but if anyone does have info about the case where you did not receive even the shipping advice, I'd be very interested in finding out.  I am definitely eager to get my PinePhone, but mostly I want to be on alert to await a call from a customs broker etc. if it IS actually shipped.

I'm in the same boat.

I ordered on Jan 7, and got an order confirmation immediately.

Since then.... nothing....

I created a support ticket yesterday, so hopefully in the coming days somebody will be able to let me know what has happened.

Yeah, neither me (Ordered jan 7th) nor my buddy (ordered day 1) have recieved any emails past the purchase receipt. Would be nice to at least know if its on the way and not stuck in coronavirus lockdown
