Place order got charged but never received confirmation email

Hi All
 I place an order for 2 of the 2 Gigabyte versions and never got a confirmation email but my credit card was charged. I did not write down the order number.  Whatshould I do.    please advise.

I think they mean they ordered the Pine from the website, rather than the kickstarter. 

@jmandawg: hopefully one of the Pine64 staff will see your message and be able to advise.

Yeah I ordered from here:

Yes, but the survey applies ONLY to kickstarter backers, NOT to people buying the Pine through the website.

Ok, yes, that's the website alright. I haven't ordered through there myself, so I don't know what the process is. Seems strange that you would not get an email, though. Like I say, hopefully someone from Pine64 will be along soon to straighten this out. I will keep my eye on this situation so that it gets effectively resolved.

It is related to pine64.com. You should contact at https://www.pine64.com/contact Use the form or the sales@... email.

The same problem being that you haven't received a confirmation email, is this correct?

Check junk mail folder, if no luck, try filling in the online form at 

www.pine64.com/contact

or email 

support@pine64.com

Be aware that they are right in the middle of trying to fulfil thousands of kickstarter backers rewards at the moment and they are not a huge company.
