Place order got charged but never received confirmation email - jmandawg - 02-15-2016
Hi All
I place an order for 2 of the 2 Gigabyte versions and never got a confirmation email but my credit card was charged. I did not write down the order number. Whatshould I do. please advise.

Sounds weird, but at least you have got the survey-mail so you can order. Still waiting for the email...

I think they mean they ordered the Pine from the website, rather than the kickstarter.

But no email confirmation. But my card got charged already. The email address I used was Hotmail.com

this week you will have survey logically, you will have to write you adress, and accessory and extras.
everybody have credit card got charged already.
it's the president birthday today, it's holiday .

Yes, but the survey applies ONLY to kickstarter backers, NOT to people buying the Pine through the website.

Ok, yes, that's the website alright. I haven't ordered through there myself, so I don't know what the process is. Seems strange that you would not get an email, though. Like I say, hopefully someone from Pine64 will be along soon to straighten this out. I will keep my eye on this situation so that it gets effectively resolved.

It is related to pine64.com. You should contact at https://www.pine64.com/contact Use the form or the sales@... email.

It is related to pine64.com. You should contact at https://www.pine64.com/contact Use the form or the sales@... email.

The same problem being that you haven't received a confirmation email, is this correct?
Check junk mail folder, if no luck, try filling in the online form at

or email
support@pine64.com
Be aware that they are right in the middle of trying to fulfil thousands of kickstarter backers rewards at the moment and they are not a huge company.
