AFAIK Pine64 only does pre-orders in specific cases (such as the very first batch of a completely new device). Usually Pine will only sell stuff they produced, you will likely have to wait until it is back in stock. There is usually no need for haste, though, as the batch sizes are large enough to last for weeks or months depending on the device, so occasionally checking the store should be fine IMO.
