A64 Android 7.0 on Pine phone

I received my pinephone a couple of days ago.
After having carefully unpacked the item, I wanted to check the factory tests, but the phone boot stubbornly on Android 7.0 and only on chinese language.
Further more, it is impossible so far to boot from a SD card with pine64-pinephone.img or ubuntu-touch-pinephoe.img ...
If somebody can tell me how to get rid of android 7.0, i would be extremely grateful.

I had the same experience when my phone arrived (booting to android). However creating bootable SD card with (insert any distro) I was able to boot from it. It seems you're not creating bootable SD card properly.

I'll buy a new SD card as soon as possible (We are confined here) and try again to boot from it.

With a new SDcard I succeeded to boot on ubuntu-touch.
I am now ready for new adventures.
