How fix this problem ?

Second thing, today we have talking about me on IRC channel about usb issue problem with modem.

Seems to be the same problem which can be resolved with flash the FOSS firmware modem ! This can be the solution ?

But i don't know the URL of this FOSS firmware modem.

Is this the modem firmware you are looking for?  https://wiki.pine64.org/wiki/PinePhone#Firmware_update

Actually they are looking for https://github.com/the-modem-distro/pinephone_modem_sdk. The link you mentioned explains how to update the stock firmware. The wiki needs to be updated.
