Lucky Mobile Compatibility (Canada)

Afternoon,

I ordered my first Pine-phone recently and am looking for a compatible SIM card that will work with the device. Canada's phone plans are expensive as heck and don't offer much- so I am looking to use a pre-paid SIM instead for the Pine-phone.

Have any Canadians had luck with Lucky Mobile? Are there any ways to determine the compatibility with the new Pine phone before activating a SIM card?

Any information is appreciated!

The "reviews" for Lucky do not look very promising.

I would suggest looking for a GSM carrier, there have been more problems with CDMA use reported.

Verizon is a CDMA carrier and it appears they have stopped using 3g, at least in many service areas.
