We're about to turn PinePhone on Apache NuttX Real-Time Operating System into a Feature Phone... But to talk to PinePhone's LTE Modem, we need a NuttX Driver for Allwinner A64 USB Controller.
In this article we’ll dive into PinePhone’s USB Controller…
1. Why PinePhone needs USB for Voice Calls and SMS
2. What’s inside PinePhone’s Allwinner A64 USB Controller
3. Which is actually a Mentor Graphics Inventra USB Controller
4. We’ll study the FreeBSD Driver for the USB Controller
5. And how we might port the USB Driver to NuttX RTOS
6. By comparing with the STM32 USB Driver for NuttX

I've been distro-hopping on the PP and find that most current versions--Manjaro, PostMarketOS flavors--don't recognize the kb OOTB.
Is there a current OS that does play nice with the kb, and if not, could somebody point me to an earlier version of an OS that does work with the kb, and I'll just pass on the updates until further notice?
Many thanks.

I have a pinephone pro explorer edition which just simply refuses to boot into recovery mode. I am trying to put arch-arm onto it, I've flashed the microSD, put it in the phone, but I cannot get the phone to boot from it or boot into recovery mode. I have tried every method I could find. Every time it either boots into the current os, or the led flashes red a bunch of times and the phone vibrates a lot before just turning off again. I have tried multiple SD cards and multiple flashes. No clue where to go from here it's been driving me nuts all week.

Hello everyone, I just got my pinephone pro, and i started it up, created an account and all that jazz. I go to update it through the discover app, and im having trouble doing the update, so I went to the terminal and typed sudo pacman -Syu and let it do its thing, it updated and all that but when it came back the background had changed (figured it came with a new update) and it said add your favorite apps so I attempt to go into the terminal and it opens but nothing is there but the back ground. You there's no black screen, there's no keyboard just the tabs at the end (even if i rotate the phone). Settings will not even open. I've restarted it but I don't know how to fix the issue. when it rebooted it did go to a screen and i changed something to see what it was about but now i don't know how to go back to it to change it back.
