I received a shipping status update on Aug 25th, saying "order #8164910 have now been shipped", but according to the tracking info, USPS is still awaiting the item.

Any information regarding this delay would be appreciated.

I've purchased Pine 64 specifically for a car media server is going to be built into glove compartment.
In order for my project comes to fruition the pine 64 needs a battery backup that via a script in once the car is turned off to gracefully shut down.


The battery needs to charge through micro USB. I'm looking for a product that is the quickest/simple plug-and-play setup that is safe to use. I've read quite a few threads but there's a lot of different opinions and setups. Thoughts and links to products?

So after my Package arrives, not everything was there.

I raised the issue in the forums, I asked for my money back in a private message, but then they send another shipment which 2 months later, still has not arrived!

I have also since raised my concern how bad the pine64 is and there is no support and just empty promises. But guess what, that Post gets magically deleted!

So now the Staff are deleting post if they don't like them, I still have not gotten everything I have paid for, and more to the point, what I got is not usable! Guess if anyone complains, then you get censored so the rest don't know about it...

I'm taking this to kickstarter to recover my money, and yeah, as far and wide as I can (YouTube, Facebook, etc, everyone will know the bad truth about the Pine64)

I do not know why you are delaying in sending me the rest of my order for which I have charged on 5/9/2016 for $386.48 for the entire order. As far as I know, all of the pre-orders should have already shipped and I have not received all of the order.


What do we have to do to resolve this?

I was yet another user frustrated by the android image files being to large for the intended SD cards.
After a lot of investigating and reading lots of similar posts and replies for the same issues, I found the answer.
Note: this works on Windows PC's, there is different solutions for Linux and OSX systems.
1) I'm assuming you have the downloaded img file and the required SD card. If not get them!
2) Download the IBEX file size changer. You can find it here
3) Run the program and select your img file. It will tell you the current file size. Enter a new file size into the target box. I found taking about 500M  off the current img file was enough on a 16G image. (for those wondering 155883011568 was the new file size ) Remove the check removed bytes tick. It's all empty space after the first gig roughly and if the rest of the image wasn't clean (non random data) it will just trigger an irrelevent error in this case.
4) Use Rufus or Windisk imager as per before but now you should have not errors. Note: you may have to take a bit more off the file size if you have a card that does not have the full space usable due to errors etc.

This got me up and running pretty quickly with the LCD images. I hope it helps others as well.

I have Pine64 2GB and Auxtek AM12 2.4 Ghz Air Mouse controller.

This controller worked perfectly on my previous android TV stick without any drivers, also it works fine on my Windows 10 PC, Android 5 tablet and Android 6 phone, and even on Debian and DietPi on Pine64 without any drivers, just "plug and play". The problem is on Android (i tried 5, 6 and even 7) and RemixOS on Pine64 only.

Controller is recognized as "Physical keyboard" with some HID, but neither mouse nor buttons are not working.

Could you suggest me some drivers or solution for my issue? I really like this controller and I want use it on my Pine64 too.

I'm using Ubuntu long sleep OS on pine64+, I'm trying to send serial data from the pine 64+ to the Arduino UNO over bluetooth.
For that i installed Bluez package and when i check for the bluetooth device using "Hcitool dev", its empty.

But i checked the status of bluetooth using "etc/init.d/bluetooth status", the result is,

Replication SD card -> pine64 put on other cards boot -> boot Prevention

Program Running -> Import to come to the board a unique number comparison -> incorrect shutdown -> correct execution

A unique code that is needed to make the pine64. How to import or shine?

When the label is printed on the bottom of the board there are two numbers pine64

Each board is wrong. Can a function to obtain this number from Linux ubuntu.?

Or how you can get is ?
