Hi, I'm trying to boot Armbian on a ROCK64 4GB but I'm stuck.
I flashed "Armbian_5.90_Rock64_Debian_stretch_default_4.4.182_desktop.img" on a MicroSD card with Etcher.
From the serial output I get this

I'm having issues getting my LCD screen to work on RockPro64.


I really would not like to run Android and I see that for the other pine boards it's as simple as enabling the LCD in the config(Armbian). Am I missing something or can someone either direct me to a tutorial or explain why this is not possible. And if there are plans to ship this with newer version when can we expect? I know that's a bold question asking a opensource forum, but perhaps someone can point me in the right direction.

I was trying to put together a self contained kodi box (pine NAS box   ) with three internal hard drives and I am having a hell of a time with it. LibreELEC is a no go because libreelec do not support the PCIe or wireless mod. I thought the ubuntu 18.04 minimal might be the way to go because I could build kodi on top of it but that did not work due to missing dependencies that would not install. I had the same thing happen in mate and armbian.  Are there any of the current Linux builds for rockpro64 that will support kodi? Would Manjaro work? Debian? Am I out of luck right now with the development in its early stages?

Got my Pine RockPro working and now actually wanted to use it in my garage with an old Monitor.

Today reveiceed the HDMI to DVI adapter and hapily connected everything together and no signal.....   Plugged the HDMI cable in my laptop and the old Monitor comes a live. So the adapter is working but somehow not with the Pine board.

Did some research and I came across some old posts that this problem is known. Only thing as a solution found so far is what I found on the armbian site.

Something they don't really cover, or I haven't been able to find where it is, is what audio codecs will this work with? Aptx hd, LDAC, AAC or SBC? hoping for Aptx hd

I've got the v2 board and basically trying to do what the title says.
I installed U-Boot version "1065-g95f6152134" following ayufan's instructions.

- Booting with only USB3 rootfs attached ✅WORKS
- Booting with only USB2 rootfs attached ✅WORKS
- Booting with USB2 rootfs and all other USB ports occupied with non-bootable drives ✅WORKS
- Booting with USB3 rootfs and USB2 ports occupied: ❌FAILS

What I tried so far:

• Downgrading U-Boot.
  
• Testing with 2 different drives.
  
• Testing with two different operating systems: Arch (mainline kernel v.5.2.11 and latest uboot from official repo), ayufan's Debian Buster minimal v0.9.14-1159.
