@ReleaseTheGeese yes, it does appear that you will have to contact DHL, I'm afraid.  From the looks of it, your package is being held at customs, and they may need your receipt to clear it.

I have finally found their contact form and sent them a message. I will make another post to let everyone know how it goes.

Though, am I really the only one with a DHL "shipment on hold"? It wouldn't surprise me. I've the luck of a roadside midge.

But if I'm not, I'd like to hear anyone else's experiences and how it was solved.
